Baked Chicken covered with Tomatoes, Mushrooms and Cheese

2 cups of cooked and chopped chicken
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 cup nonfat yogurt (plain)
1 cup chopped tomatoes (cherry tomatoes are smaller versions of the big ones)
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped spring onion greens
Combine the onions, mushrooms and tomatoes in olive oil and sauté over low heat. Add garlic, stir a few times and remove from the heat. Combine the chicken with the yogurt, and spread it on the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish. Top with the fried vegetables and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degree centigrade. Add the chopped spring onions and serve.
